Welcome! My name is Aaron Gould. I am currently a Senior at the University of Central Florida, majoring in Information Technology. I am graduating in the Spring of 2025, and am actively seeking any internships, part-time or full-time jobs in the IT field. Courses that I have taken include Computer Architecture Concepts(CGS3269),  Writing for the Computer Industry(ENC4265), and Database Concepts(CGS2545). Currently enrolled in Computer Science 1(COP3502C), System Administration(CNT4603), and more! Through my school, I have attended several career fairs and events to network with people in the industry.

This follows closely with my last experience working as a Software Support Analyst for a company in the SaaS industry where I offered support to customers for an in-house ERP system. In the past, I have work experience as a shipping manager in the Wide Format Printing Industry. Here, I learned employee and self management. My skills include a range of operating systems such as WindowsOS, AppleIOS, MacOS, and Android. I have experience with SQL queries, RDP, ERP technical support, building databases,  Microsoft 365, troubleshooting hardware/software, networking, technical support and programming in Python, C++, and C languages. I have a strong background in professional communication via email, phone, and in-person. Customer service has always been a priority in my work.
